Every year, AccuWeather.com issues a U.S. winter forecast, highlighting predictions of temperature and precipitation trends. Last year, winter was unusually warm for much of the eastern two-thirds of the nation.
Cloud Lights - First, you need some cotton batting, a paper lantern, and three flameless candles, the type that Glade sells. Pull at the cotton batting until it looks fluffy, light, and cloud-like. Then, hot glue it to the outside of the paper lantern in various places. Make sure it´s fluffed to your liking, then light the lights and stick them inside. Hang the lantern wherever you´d like.

Mars Rover Finds Bed of Ancient Flowing Stream
Scratch water off NASA’s Mars rover Curiosity’s list of things to find in a two-year quest to learn if the planet most like Earth in the solar system could have supported microbial life.
“We have now discovered evidence for water,” said lead scientist John Grotzinger. “This makes a great starting point for us to do more sophisticated studies.”
Though water is a key ingredient for life, it’s not the only one.
One major polar challenge remains left to achieve, and 68-year-old British Expeditioner Sir Ranulph Fiennes and his crew are determined to change that.
